2013 Festival Update
Civic week 2013 has arrived. This year the festival will begin on Friday 7th June with the traditional fancy dress parade gathering at 7.0 pm at Dr Hyndmans Surgery Car Park. A community barbeque follows. All our most popular events will be held this year including the family roller disco, Rams Island visit and senior citizens trip. The week includes the Annual Fun Run with registration at 6.30 on Monday 10th June at Glenavy Pigeon Club in Glenavy Main Street. The fabulous family fun day starts at noon on Saturday 16th June at St Aidans Hall and grounds. Details of times and venues for all events are now available in our Festival Booklet, available in local shops.
Our 35th Annual Festival in 2012 was as great success. Read about it in our Festival diary.
